The team will be deployed to the Middle East to guard against
anyone getting froggy as we re-deploy our combat troops.
Initial training is scheduled for Vancouver in British Columbia.
Point of contact is to be VE7KFM, a Mister Karol Madera, a well
known local retired Lance Corporal in the Canadian Navy. Who will
also serve as our Technical Advisor, since he knows everything.

Thanks for allowing a little POSITIVE response to Barrack "Barry the Messiah" Obama stuff that K1TP seems to be promoting.
Keep up the good work, Dan. You might start getting more hits than K1TP! His constant posting of gibberish from Ranger Dick and other pro-Barrack/Barry supporters without much rebuttal from the right has me wondering about K1TP's own political agenda.

Well Dan, some of us have to remain anonymous for various reasons. We might be well recognized in the amateur world, we might be afraid of physical attacks by left-wingers I have had my tires slit, mail boxes blown up, death threats, e-mail bombs and regular mail porn deliveries. We might even have to remain anonymous to protect our family. I've had these idiots threaten my family members with harm....

Guess they figure they are safe because the radio isolates them.

Are you sure Karol's still here? I can't hear him. Haven't heard him for days. He gets on every once in a while for 5 minutes, then gets jammed off before he can make a contact. I don't think that qualifies him as being a presence in the radio world, or otherwise. More like an insignificant little gnat. Karol's a lot like Glenn Baxter these days. Now who was it who said Karol was going to get the Baxter treatment? Wait for it....
