So IC says they monitor the spectrum but prove they don't by saying get a complaint from the FCC to them.

Karol has no right to CQ on top of communications in progress. It's his MO, its what he does, he should QSY but his radio is super glued to 14.275. If you have no dog in this fight QSY to another blog.

A good start is his marine distress signals. Every time you hear it, report it to the proper personnel!
