decided it is time to stir things up on
QRZ. At this point it is just LIBEL. I'll
be checking with my lawyer tomorrow.

One fellow was really annoyed to hear k3vr telling him off, and asked k3vr to identify. K3VR identified in code, and told the guy that if he didn't understand it, he must be one of the new no code generals or extras. He then made a few snide remarks about pipsqueaks using IC-703's and 706's, pointing out that he had an IC-7800. Great operator, isn't he? Really welcoming to new hams, isn't he?

By virtue of the fact that YOU, K3TP are a supporter of the Crazy Canadian, VE7KFM, this is to be expected from you.
Tomorrow I will be asking my lawyer how to continue. As a start I would expect a apology rendered here on QRZ in this thread, would be a good start. Games are over.

Yeah I know Brian has been off the bands for a while. I lost track when I had a major computer self destruct here. And decided to change to the Hughes Bird for my Internet. So got a bit out of touch.
Yes that K3TP is a real jack ass. (Not to confuse him with Jon Cunningham, K1TP...the guru on a great internet site "As the world turns".
Wish these KFM suck ups would just let it die a natural death. But no, they just got to keep at it.
I debating if this chump is worth dragging into court. Probably not. Probably don't have ten bux to rub together.

Not really all that long. But, since your so interested....K3TP has been banned. His stupidity is now silenced and he can go pound sand, piss up a rope or do the other nasty things Karol says.
Actually my Lawyer recommended to hang fire and see what the clown (K3TP) does next, then we will decide what to do.
