Here's a comment I agree with, posted by the people who know what's really going on with the problems on 14275.
The Editor of CQ magazine recently called for renewed FCC enforcement, related to problems on the 20 meter band, which he apparently just discovered.
However, in our view, CQ's Editor would have been well advised to call for Industry Canada to begin enforcement of its amateur radio program.
The majority of the problems on 20 meters are directly related to one Canadian radio amateur (VE7KFM).
If Industry Canada removed VE7KFM from the air (for well documented and obvious reasons) the need for much, if not all, enforcement on the 20 meter band would be rendered a moot point.
VE7KFM's notorious raving amounts to creation of a public nuisance. Scofflaws in the US react in inappropriate ways to his violent and obscene tirades, with predictable results.
The position that CANADA needs to reign in the cause of the problems, is also the view, and the defacto policy of the FCC, who have focused FCC resources disciplining those few US amateurs who have supported and encouraged VE7KFM.
Most Canadian amateurs familiar with the enfant terrible in Saanich, BC, agree. It's well known that RAC has been extremely frustrated by the lack of IC action in this area, since at least 2005.
Industry Canada receives complaints, and they react cordially (most of the time) but there has been absolutely no concrete and effective action taken regarding Canada's worst amateur radio operator.
For some reason Jim Laursen, at IC, in Victoria, has utterly failed to effectively address the problem. Karol Madera, VE7KFM, resides at 3040 Tillicum Road, in Saanich, BC, a mere 2 miles from Laursen's office.
We do not condone those US amateur's who respond inappropriately to an obviously mentally ill provocateur in Canada, and we agree that continued FCC enforcement is needed, however, we depart slightly in the approach to be taken.
We believe that one license revocation in CANADA, would immediately relieve 99% of the problems on the 20 meter band, throughout North America.
That's our view. What do you think?

I wonder what rock this genuis been sleeping under for the past 10 years.Yes some are under FCC rules BUT they support Karol Krack Klown,then some of you will say "Oh yea what about KO8Z" hey Mike has never stopped me from talking to Dan, Randy, Tom etc.etc. Now he has ran offed contesters amd many of us have said he is wrong,and I have heard him jump in when Karol claims he is QRMing the Klown shuts up and his "Good Bubbies" keep on QRMing. IF IC would do something, 90% of the problem would be gone and we will still have 10% to put up with. And most of them are Karol's cohort in crime

Mike ain't no virgin, I am sure. And over the years I've know him he has ticked off a few folks.
However when it comes to VE7KFM I see no real problem.
Covering up his vile rhetoric should be called a PUBLIC SERVICE. Perhaps we should get together with the ARRL and get Mike a Public Service Award for single handidly shutting down the vile trash coming from CANADA.
We could send Jim Laursen at Industry Canada a one way ticket to the North West Territories. I recommend Dead Horse. Perfect spot for his form of bureaucracy.

I am sure we all know, karol madera ve7kfm is the one playing the German Hitler march and speech, and trying to blame others as he has done for years now.
