After many weeks of hard deliberation our select judges have
decided that WA1BHV, David Tolassi has WON the 14.275 JACKASS AWARD.
It was a tough race between him and the hands down winner for the
last six years, Karol Madera.....Better luck next time Karol.
Both Karol and David had threatned the life of the former FCC
Enforcement Chief, Mr. Riley Hollingsworth. One can understand
why the Canadians didn't go after Karol, he allegedly threatned
them with his middle finger, twice. And they left in a hurry.
However with David it must have been something more serious.
Perhaps they were waiting to "build a better case". They don't
seem to have that problem on "without a trace". Maybe David
really does have a Uncle Frank. Or perhaps the young man that
DIED for David in Vietnam, Aldo Ryder, came back to have a chat
with the law folks...perhaps they have something more in mind
for the winner of this months Jackass award??? Only time will
tell.
Actually I am a bit predudiced. David used to have a lot of fun
with me, back in what he calls the good old days. I bet even
Karol don't know about all of David's antics. But I don't think
Karol really cares. Maybe I'll put out all the good stuff the
wonderful BARF did for ham radio, right here on the world wide
web. What ya think David? Should I let everyone know about your
little games. You think the Professor would still love you?

I thought for sure your marine distress broadcasts would sit favorably with the judges. Looks like you need to develop some new material to have a prayer of winning next year's award competition.
It was certainly a tight competition. As you stated if only KFM would come up with some new material.
He couldn't get that thing about Dan being wanted by the Law to fly. And he tried to resurect Polly Parrot from the Dead Pile. I admit that came close, but no prize. Since it all comes back to David anyway the judges determined that he won it hands down.
Next month may be another story.
