Dan, It just occurred to me this evening, that stores like Walmart and Stop & Shop employ those who are, lets say, mentally challenged, doing their civic part, for bagging groceries and collecting carts from the parkinglot. I didn't realize the connection until now that Todd is one of those cart collectors.
